用途與特點(diǎn)：
平模造粒機采用直導傳動(dòng)形式，在摩擦力的作用下使壓輥自轉，粉狀物料在壓輥的擠壓下從模具孔中擠出，經(jīng)過(guò)甩料盤(pán)將成品柱狀顆粒送出（柱狀顆粒長(cháng)度可以通過(guò)調整切刀控制長(cháng)度，同時(shí)也可將圓柱顆粒拋圓整形為圓球形顆粒）。平模造粒機主要是應用于生物有機肥柱狀顆粒的生產(chǎn)，養殖業(yè)飼料顆粒的加工，具有耗電少、無(wú)振動(dòng)、產(chǎn)量大、噪音低等特點(diǎn)?？蓮V泛用于肥料、飼料、水產(chǎn)養殖等領(lǐng)域。
