籠式粉碎機廣泛用于有機礦物質(zhì)、復合肥粉碎、復合肥顆粒粉碎、肥料粉碎。它可粉碎含水量在6%以下的各種單一化肥，尤其適用于硬度較大的物料，是一銨、二銨、尿素等硬粒物料的克星。 籠式粉碎機是由機架、機殼、大鼠輪組、小鼠輪組和兩臺電動(dòng)機等主要部件組成，工作時(shí)由一臺電機帶動(dòng)大籠子順向旋轉，另一臺電機帶動(dòng)小籠子逆向旋轉，物料通過(guò)料斗進(jìn)入內鼠輪框內，由高速旋轉鋼條對物料反復沖擊破碎，從而達到將物料細碎的效果。該機具有結構簡(jiǎn)單，粉碎效率高、密封性能好，運轉平穩，便于清理、維修方便等特點(diǎn)。
